Returns & Refunds - We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 calendar days from the day after your order is delivered, in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@recoverysupplement.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. The returned item must reach us in its original, sealed packaging and in resaleable condition.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a refund for the product cost and any standard delivery charges originally paid. Please note: we are unable to reimburse additional costs for upgraded or express shipping services. Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been opened, unsealed, or used, as outlined under Schedule 3, Section 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
