Ordering & Shipping
1. Where do you ship from?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48®️ for all standard UK deliveries. This service provides full tracking, delivery updates via SMS or email, and a photo on delivery where available. Delivery is typically made within 2–3 working days from dispatch. Full shipping and delivery service details are found in our Terms of Service.
2. Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally. This may change in future.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched
4. I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
While we use Royal Mail’s tracked services, delays can occasionally occur during busy periods. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 10 days, we’ll help investigate and open a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. To open a claim please contact us at on support@recoverysupplement.store with your full contact details, Order Number & your Royal Mail Tracking Number, where we will then open a claim with Royal Mail.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your returns policy?
To initiate a return, contact support@recoverysupplement.store with your contact details, order number and reason for return. Unless the product is faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
2. Can I return opened supplements?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.
3. How long do refunds take?
We aim to process all approved refunds within 72 hours of receiving your return. In line with UK consumer law, all refunds will be completed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.

1. Are RSS supplements safe?
Yes. All our products are formulated in the UK using high-quality, regulated ingredients and manufactured in GMP-certified facilities.
2. Are your products vegan or vegetarian?
Some are. Each product clearly lists whether it is suitable for vegetarians or vegans on the label and product page.
3. Do your products contain allergens?
Each product is clearly labelled with any allergens in line with UK food safety law. If you have specific concerns (e.g. gluten, dairy, soy), please check individual product pages or email us before ordering.
4. Can I take more than one product at the same time?
Yes. Our products are designed to stack. You can also choose a bundle like the Performance, Recovery, or Protection Stack for optimal synergy.
5. Are your supplements safe for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals?
Whilst women can use our range of products, it should be noted that supplements are not intended for use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplements if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or nursing.
6. What’s the difference between the stacks?
Each stack is curated for a specific goal:

7. Where are your supplements made?
All RSS products are formulated and manufactured in the United Kingdom under strict quality and safety standards.

Keep supplements in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, seal tightly after each use.

1. When should I take my supplements?
Please follow the usage instructions provided on the product label. Each product is formulated differently, and recommended timing may vary depending on the intended purpose. You’ll also find general usage guidance on each individual product page.
2. How long before I feel results?
Most customers report a noticeable difference in their overall sense of wellbeing — such as energy, recovery perception, and focus — within 7 to 14 days of consistent use. However, as with all food supplements, individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, training, and nutrition. Some benefits, particularly those related to cellular or long-term support, may take longer to become noticeable.
3. Can I use RSS supplements with prescription medication?
If you are taking any prescribed medication or have a diagnosed medical condition, consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider before using any food supplements.

1. How does your subscription work?
You’ll receive a fresh supply every 30 days from the date of initial purchase. You can pause, cancel, or adjust at any time through your customer portal.
2. Do I need an account to order?
No, but creating one makes it easier to manage orders, track deliveries, and access subscription benefits.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us ASAP at support@recoverysupplement.store. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to make changes.
4. How Can I Update My Payment Info for Subscriptions?
You can securely update your payment details anytime through your customer portal. Just log in and go to “Billing.”
